How is access granted after purchase?
Access is provisioned automatically after successful payment. Sign in to your account to see purchased bundles and their validity.
Is there a free trial for new users?
Every newly registered user receives 3 free trial credits that work across all individual tools.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
Unused bundles are refundable within 7 days, no questions asked. Partially used bundles are refunded pro-rata based on remaining entitlements.
How do I request enterprise customization?
Submit the request form on the Enterprise page and a dedicated account manager will contact you within one business day.
How can developers onboard?
Submit your materials in the Developer Center. Once approved, you can list your product and earn revenue share.
Which payment methods are supported?
WeChat Pay, Alipay, bank cards and enterprise wire transfers. VAT invoices are available for business customers.
Are the AI tools updated regularly?
AI Market launches at least 5 new tools and 2 new bundles every month. Members receive access to the new entitlements automatically.
How is my data protected?
Generation tasks do not retain source data by default. Enterprise customers can opt for private deployment so data never leaves their intranet.
